Since 2019, Philip Dalimonte has assumed the role of Growth Facilitator and Active Sales Manager for Elite Insurance Partners.
In this role, Philip is responsible primarily for meeting the organization’s growth goals by strategically hiring, onboarding, and training individuals while protecting and improving the distinct company culture.
Aside from that, Philip works with ownership and the management team to prioritize, set goals, improve communication and retention, and ultimately increase profit.

Philip is a certified trainer and coach for RedRock Leadership, which helped shape him into a top-performing sales professional with a healthcare communications company, and then an accomplished sales manager with a direct marketing firm that specialized in the health insurance marketplace.
Before his professional career, Philip was a Marine Corps Infantry Fire Team Leader, and was deployed to Iraq in 2005 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and holds a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Empire State College in New York.
A unique, trustworthy, and focused individual, Philip plans to retire at the age of 50 to write a fantasy saga revolving around faith, war, and love.
He looks up to Hollywood actor Christ Pratt for his ability to stand by his beliefs and loves to spend his free time with his wife Chrissy and their two dogs, playing guitar with his neighbors, writing songs, cooking, and lifting weights.
