This Medicare Sales Agent position earns a $1,600 bi-weekly salary plus bonus the first 90 days and then $32,000 base salary plus bonus on new and renewal policies as well as quarterly and annual bonuses with an average on-plan compensation of $60k in the 1st year, $95k in the 3rd year, and $120k+ by the 5th year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICARE SALES AGENT
As a Medicare Sales Agent, you play a key role in serving our clients. You spend a great deal of time on the phone, presenting products and educating consumers. As a people person, you enjoy conversing with a variety of people every day and establish a good rapport easily. You are conscientious about following the best practices that you have been trained in, and it is a large part of why you are so successful!
Of course, the “best-in-industry,” high-quality leads that we provide you with certainly help too. You have excellent follow-through and keep up on supporting tasks such as accurately entering data into our customer relationship management (CRM) software. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICARE SALES AGENT
- Must have active 2-15 license
- One year of sales experience
- Experience working with CRM software
- Listening and qualification skills

This is a full-time inside sales position with a typical schedule of Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
